Any issue with state tax forms for Paper-filing by mail?

TurboTax phone support told me that there is issue relating to IRA which causes state e-filing not working for desktop version.

Can any TurboTax employee confirm that if there is the same or any issue with State tax forms for paper-filing by mail?

Yes, there is a current issue that is keeping some customers from e-filing their state tax returns after filing the federal. This issue is scheduled to be resolved in a product update on March 19, 2021.

After I submitted my taxes, and I went to the summary page it says an issue occured please check back shortly. It is not displaying my amounts due for Federal or State.
