after Efiling AZ State Tax return -printout has a AZ-8879 form

After Efiling (TT Home& Business) Fed & AZ State Returns - the AZ Return print out has the AZ_8879 form.

Does this form have to be physically signed and mailed to the AZ Dept of Revenue or is to be ignored once the AZ accepts the e-filed return?

The last line on the form states that this form is not to be mailed to AZ Department of Revenue.  This form is given to your tax prepare for his records to show that you agreed to e-file.
