I haven't been able to answer my questions for 1 year. I'm glad I found this site. I have no doubt I will get the right help.
I started the company in the last month of 2018 through a consultant company in America. In 2019, I paid $ 300+99 in fees to be paid to the state and the agency. My ein number was handed over to me in 2019, but an application for company incorporation was made in 2018. Although not the sole owner of the company, the consultant marked the company as a partnership in the form of SS4. I didn't make any sales or gains in 2018 and 2019 because I was afraid of tax, just Amazon.com the refund of monthly fees lay in my bank account in the last month of 2019. I'm not American and I don't live in America. Do I have to file a tax return as a one-partner LLC because I have no earnings in 2018 and 2019 (I look like a partnership in SS4)? But now that I'm marked as a partnership, is there anything I can or can do to fix it? Should I file a tax return? Which forms should I fill out and Where Should I send them? There's no ITIN number yet.
Regards.

Yes, you need to file a tax return since you have been issued a Federal ID Number. There are penalties that accrue if you do not file even if you had no income or expenses.
From the information above you need to file Form 1065 for 2018 and 2019. For the Form 1065 you need at least two partners. Both partners will need ITINs or Social Security Numbers. How do I apply for an ITIN?
You file your tax forms based on the state you are claiming as your residence.
TurboTax will print out instructions with your tax return with the address of where to file the forms.
If you look at the letter from the IRS when they assigned you your Federal ID Number it shows on the letter the form and filing date they expect the first tax return.
It's marked "Partnership," even though I'm the sole partner of the company. How do I fix this. He also writes on the IRS site that earnings under $ 400 are not required to declare taxes. The link and part of it are below. Do I have to file a tax statement? Plus, I'm not a partnership.
"You have to file an income tax return if your net earnings from self-employment were $400 or more. If your net earnings from self-employment were less than $400, you still have to file an income tax return if you meet any other filing requirement listed in the Form 1040 and 1040-SR instructions (PDF)."

The important aspect is if the IRS has issued you a Federal ID number and is looking for you to file a business tax return, the form 1065.
You need to find the letter they issue you when you received your Federal ID number. It shows on that letter which business form the IRS is expecting to see from your business and when it is due for the first time.
If the IRS is expecting the form 1065 it is required to be filed whether of not you have income and expenses.
My EIN form reads as follows. "Form 1065 - 03/15/2020" I think it's because I'm marked "partnership," even though I'm a single partner. Is this a problem? May I ask you to elaborate on the path that needs to be followed? IRS wants this form from me, and I look late. But I'm actually the only partner, and it was supposed to be April 15th.
"Form 1065 - 03/15/2020"
You will need to close out this Federal ID number. You need to file the form 1065 for 2019. You can mark the return as the Initial Return and the Final Return with all zeros, since there was no activity.
The sooner you file the form 1065 the better since it was due March 15, 2020.
If you want a Federal ID to file as a Single Member LLC you will need to reapply for an EIN from the IRS and indicate that you are filing as a Single Member LLC. Then you file your business information with your personal tax return as a Schedule C.
I know very little about what you're talking about. I'm having a hard time now because other people have run the process so far. Everyone says something different.
1) what needs to be done to get a new EIN?
2) can I fill out these forms and send them to the IRS myself? Which address should I ship to the IRS?
3) Where can I use TurboTax in this process?
4) You said I should cancel my EIN number, do I have to do it and how can I?
Thanks. Regards.
You can apply for the EIN in TurboTax- look for the page in the Self-employed section/
See the IRS website for information- Apply for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) Online
To cancel, go to Canceling an EIN - Closing Your Account
