2023 employed in MA. Laid off end of 2023. Received severance checks in 2024. Lived in FL all of 2024. DO I report severance $$ on MA or FL return?

Your severance pay is sourced to Massachusetts since you performed the work in Massachusetts. You'll need to file a Massachusetts return to report the income and pay tax. Florida doesn't have a personal income tax, so there'd be nothing to file there.
