Are investment advisory fees still deductible for California state tax returns in 2021, and if so, where can I enter this information in TurboTax Premier?

Investment advisory fees are an allowed deduction on California tax returns. You would enter them in the Federal section of TurboTax, then Deductions and Credits, then Retirement and Investments, and then Other Investment Expenses.
Thanks Thomas. Learning that made a substantial difference in my CA return. I would not have thought of entering a state-only deduction in the Federal section, and wonder if the TurboTax development team would consider changing it to be an entry in the State section.
Can I enter advisory fees for both IRA accounts and taxable accounts too? It makes a huge difference if the fees associated with my IRA are able to be included.
Thank you.
