2020 Iowa state taxes

Did my federal and state. Went to efile and it says that federal isn't accepting efiles till feb 12th so, they will hold to my taxes and transmit when they accept it. Which is fine but, state of Iowa is accepting efiles now so, does  turbo tax transmit my state return now? All it says is return efile to state- pending. Which is the same as it says for federal. How do I get them to send State return if it sent?

The state tax return will remain Pending until the e-filed federal tax return has been Accepted by the IRS.  This procedure was put in place by all tax preparation software providers several years ago to reduce the number of fraudulent state tax returns being filed.
