2019 MA Form 2 Schedule B/R won't accept 0 for percentage of income

I am working on the tax returns for a trust that doesn't distribute any income or capital gains.

I am ready to e-file but the Schedule B/R under Massachusetts Form 2 would not accept 0 for Percentage of Income. This error prevents me from e-filing.

Has anyone encountered the same problem? Looks like this is a software error in the range check of this field. Zero SHOULD be accepted.

Please help. I really don't want to paper file the returns.

Agreed, TurboTax's sanity checking of Percentage of Income seems to be broken. The not so helpful line of instruction says it needs to be between 0.000000 and 1.000000, but in reality it gives an error unless the value is between 0.0001 and 99.9999! YCinMA, you want zero, and I want 100, neither value is accepted!

Intuit, please fix asap!!!

Is Intuit reading this forum?

How do users report system errors?

Its 2023 and I have the same problem.  I guess Intuit doesn't read this forum or fix problems.
