1099G substitute form for the State of Maine

How do I file this? it says my total over payment is 115$ does that mean that I owe them or that they owe me? please help

The overpayment means they owe you the refund. To enter your 1099-G:

Alternate Instructions:

· Click Federal Taxes > Wages & Income

· Scroll down to Other Common Income

· Click Start next to Refunds Received for State/Local Tax Returns

· Proceed through the interview to enter your 1099-G information.
