1099 from out of state

<P>I am an independent contractor and received 1099 from NJ and NC for work I did remotely from my home office in MA. Which state tax should I file?</P>

Where is my refund of $69 For my state they never were done I did the myself

When I filed my taxes, it said accepted and then I got a notice that only my state taxes were accepted. Why is this?
