I have read so many posts from members who have received the same eFile rejection code that I have received four times. Since the rejection comes within 10 to 15 minutes, I find it hard to believe that this isn’t a TurboTax software problem. Yes, I’ve read the FAQs and suggestions but since I have a paper copy of the 2019 Federal return and have carefully checked, rechecked and even put the worksheets side by side to compare input including PIN numbers so there is obviously a problem at TurboTax.
Also, the AGI I input is exactly as it appears on the 2019 return, I did not amend that return and it was accepted when I eFiled for 2019. Neither my spouse nor I have been victims of identity theft either.

If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2019 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2019 AGI might not be in the IRS system. Try using zero instead.
If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.
Or—-if you filed as a “non-filer” just to get the stimulus check on a 2019 return, try using $1 as the AGI.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.

Thank you for responding!
After six rejections, I changed our AGI to zero and it was accepted. If this is the I.R.S.’s way of protecting us from identity theft, we’re all in trouble.
I do not receive stimulus checks. A friend of mine lives in a $600,000 mansion paid for in cash, they have two big IRA accounts and live off their high Social Security checks so they can reinvest most of their required distributions each year. THEY get stimulus checks and she bought a new iPhone with half of their third check. There is something definitely wrong with who receives these checks. My son lived and worked overseas for a corporation earning a big salary. He filed an IRS return each year for a minuscule amount of earnings from a small annuity just for the refund. He just received a stimulus check for himself and his family. Stimulus money should only be for those PROVEN to be needy. If you can afford to own a $600,000 house outright plus pay an enormous amount for property taxes each year and you are not unemployed and desperate due to COVID, why should you get a stimulus check? [Stepping down off my soapbox.]
I'm done with turbohoax. I will never again use them, they are completely useless. Same here, multiple efile submission rejections, not error on my part. I have everything documented and right here in front of me.
Goodbye turbohoax. I will never use you again. What a scam torbohoax (turbotax) is. Seriously, [Removed PII]
Try both $1 and $0 as the AGI if you have not done so already.
This is so frustrating. I've tried to e-file at least 6 or 7 times and continue to get the same error. I even input zeros as someone suggested. I've logged into my IRS account and have verified my AGI is the same as the one they have for 2020, but to no avail. I've even paid to transmit my state return, but if I can't get the federal e-file completed, I can't e-file my state income tax. This is just super frustrating. Hope someone has an answer.
After multiple rejections with IND-032-04, I tried entering 0 instead of the AGI from my previous return, and confirmed by an IRS transcript. Resubmitting with 0 AGI resulted in immediate acceptance! thank you for the suggestion.
