You have to complete Form 6781 in Forms Mode (see screenshot).

I'm trying to enter my futures 1099-B and found your post from yesterday, but there is no screenshot. I tried looking up the 6781, but not sure how to answer the questions.

Are you using a desktop version of TurboTax? If so, have you tried Forms Mode?
