Do I need to list all of my supplies expenses individually for my 1099-k? Or can I combine the total for each supplier in each description?

You can combine them. You should enter them in a way that you can explain if you return were to get reviewed by the IRS. Because, at the end of the day, an expense is an expense......category does not matter.
