There's and FAQ on it somewhere..

But the way to remove the Retirement Savings Contribution Credit so you don't have to upgrade......is to go thru the RSCC questions on the Deductions&Credits page.... you must indicate that you were a full-time student.

My not be true, but this is just a way to workaround around it in TurboTax.
