TurboTax asked if you had the trustee transfer all or part of the distribution to a charity. You must have selected the answer that you had all of the distribution transferred to charity. That means that none of it is taxable, but it still counts towards your RMD.
If you did not transfer all of it to a charity, go back through the questions in the 1099-R topic and correct your answer.
