Why is TurboTax asking me for information from a 1099-c when I do not have one? What should I enter?

Form 1099-C is used if you had your debt is canceled or forgiven. If you did not have anything like that and the form shows up on your return then you can delete the form from your return. Please see this FAQ on how to delete forms:
