Why is Form 4852, Substitute Form for W-2 or 1099R unsupported for E-file?

If I have to file by mail why does the Form 4852 print out with the message DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL

Form 4852 cannot be e-filed.  It can only be included with a mailed tax return.

Form 4852, Substitute Form W-2 or 1099R is scheduled to be available for printing on 02/25/2021

Thank you for your response. It looks like I will be filing a mailed in tax return. In the past I was able to e-file. Do you think form 4852 will be supported to e-file in future returns?
