Why doesn't my number on Line 18 of IRA Worksheet get transferred to Line 6 of Form 8606?

I entered all my tranditional IRAs, including SEP, but why it doesn't get transferred to Line 6, Form 8606?  

Also, Line 6, Form 8606 seems to link to Line 18, part IV, IRA Worksheet.  How to enter #s on Line 6 and  7 on Form 8606?  Do they need to entered?

If you print 8606 and there are stars  - "*" - next to those zero amounts, that is normal for your situation.

Is there any reason that the numbers on Line 6 and 7 on Form 8606 do not need to be transferred and shown?

My '*' are at Line 13 and 15 but not on Likne 6 and 7.  How come?

That's how the form is populated when TurboTax decides to use Pub. 590-B Worksheet 1-1 amounts.
