Since no one has said it yet, I was able to reduce what I owe by re-entering my 1099-R form.
My question now is, it keeps telling me that my 1099 needs review. I've gone through the interview multiple times and it doesn't change.
It also doesn't allow me to pay over 3 years. There is only one check box stating that I want to pay it in full. If I check it, what I owe drastically increases, of course. However if I leave it blank, nothing happens. Whatever I choose, I'm still told that I need to review my 1099.

If you check that box the it is all taxed this year, if not checked the the tax is spread over 3 years. 1/3 this year.
Look at the 1040 form line 4 or 5.
I'm not impressed this did nothing for me.
