Why can't I open form 1099-B

If I don't upgrade from Deluxe, it seems I can't enter my carry forward capital loss, is that correct?

You can enter your Capital Loss Carryover in Deluxe, although you will need to upgrade to enter Investment Sales, such as a 1099-B.

unfortunately, the answer came to late for me to utilize as my forms have already been filed. previous info said I needed to upgrade,. not worth it when my savings wouldn't cover the cost. Will need to look at other options for next year.
