While filling out information in for a 1099-R The program won't accept the values of 0.06 for both Gross distribution and taxable amount. What should I do?

Amounts of 0.49 and less round to zero....and thus should not normally be entered. Delete that particular 1099-R and ignore it...(but keep it for your records).
