Where does TT get the 2018 NJ state refund from (to include in 2019 as taxable income)? 1099-G shows refund of $909, TT shows $1068, the difference being 2018 NJ use tax.

If you paid NJ Use Tax and deducted it, it makes sense that it would be included in this calculation.
