Where do I report retirement money paid to ex-wife?

The money paid to the ex-wife was decreed by the divorce, but the whole 1099 is sent to me.

I assume the retirement income that would normally come to you is being paid directly to your wife.  Since you would normally receive the income, report it as income in the program and then deduct that amount as an adjustment to income.
