where do I report a return of IRA distribution

I cannot find where to do this on Turbo Tax online premier

Please say what you mean.  If you returned a distribution from an IRA back to the same (or a different) IRA within 60days, that would be counted as a rollover.  After you report the 1099-R and Turbotax says something like "this is taxable--let's ask about situations that might reduce your tax" you would check the box for rollover.

This solved my problem... treating it aa a 60 rollover to make the original withdrawal non-taxable
