Where do I put my federal income tax withheld?

You enter it when you enter the W2 or 1099 .  It's on W2 box 2 or  1099 box 4.  Did you not enter it?  Go back and Edit or Revisit your entries.  Under Federal - Income.

These are entries from taxable documents such as Box 2 in a W2, or if you receive 1099's, there are Boxes within those forms that report Federal income tax Withheld. You would not enter this information anywhere else unless it is reported on a taxable document.
