Your military retirement pay would be reported on a form 1099-R, like any other retirement pay. You can use the following menu tabs in TurboTax to enter your form 1099-R information:

Income and expenses
Retirement Plans and Social Security
IRA, 401(k), Pension Plans (1099-R)
