Where do I find the EIN on my SSA income statement?

I am just trying to file my taxes. The form requires an Employer name & EIN. How do I proceed?

You don't need to enter an EIN for an SSA-1099; there is no field for that on the social security income screen. Leave that section and go to the SSA-1099 entry screen. Where do I enter an SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM, or SSA-1099-R-OP1?
