Go to Wages & Income
Thank you for the response but my version does not give me that option.
I'm able to go to Wages and income -> Investments and Savings -> + Add Investments - > Enter a different way -> and then I'm given the option of "Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds" or "Other.
If I click other, it never asks if I received a 1099-B and if I click "stocks, bonds, mutual Funds" It asks who sent me a 1099-B but doesn't give the option for no 1099-B.
