i would like to file my 1099-R tax return form through turbo tax. so far i have not found a way to do so.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Another way to get there is to enter 1099-R in the search box and then click "Jump to 1099-R".
I have already received my tax refunds and I just received my 1099-R forms can I still file them or can I wait until next yr
Mine is for a LTC distribution which is not taxable.
If you've received a 1099-LTC for long term care insurance benefits, you would enter that in the TurboTax CD/Download version under Miscellaneous Income at the bottom of the Wages and Income screen. Click that, and choose Long Term Care Account Distributions. Proceed with the screens and enter all your information. TurboTax will determine if any or all of the distribution is nontaxable.
@Rgamez7270 YIKES Edit your post and remove that picture of your 1099R! This is a public user forum and the whole world can see it. It has your personal info on it and you will get scammed and have your identity stolen!
