The actual form 5498 is not reported on your tax return. It is used for informational purposes only.

However, if you made  IRA contributions- the data entry is available in Free and other TurboTax versions:

1. Federal Taxes
2. Deductions and Credits (you may have to select see all tax breaks)
3. Scroll down to Retirement and Investment
4. Select Traditional and Roth IRA Contributions
