Where do I enter 1099-R for my spouse?

Why does 1099-R not show a place to enter for my spouse? Why are the choices for recipienent David and None?

When adding the 1099-R, mark the small box to indicate that it belongs to your spouse. It's small and easy to miss. See attachment.

You will need to have entered your spouse in the My Info section to see the selection in the 1099-R section.
