I don't know where to get the ssa 1099 information

Social Security mails out SSA1099's in January.

There is a way to go on the Social Security website and request one. Go to www.ssa.gov You have to create an account with a user name and password.

To post an SSA-1099

Log into TurboTax

Under Federal
Select Wages & Income
Scroll to Retirement Plans and Social Security
and select Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099)
On the screen Let's import your tax info
1. Change how I enter my form
On screen How would you like to upload your 1099-R?
1. Type it myself
Enter your Broker or plan administrator information.
Follow the interview.
