I took out money from my IRA in Dec 2017 but paid it all back within the prescribed 60 day requirement, but in Feb 2018. How do I show this on my return?

When you enter your Form 1099R for 2017 you will be asked what you did with the money including that it was rolled over. Make sure you answer the questions correctly, by selecting you moved the money to another account.
