When I enter my 1095-a info the software says I owe money back ( I don't because I made LESS then estimated). And Roth IRA credit equals whatever amount I owe 1095-a???

We are unable to view your return here in the Community. To determine why it is saying you still owe taxes, we would need to look at the Form 8962, and the other schedules to adequately answer your question.
