When doing state tax refunds I know I use the 2018 state tax refund, but do I use the 2018 or 2017 w-2 1099R AND ssa 1099?

I am working on the state refund section do I use 2017 or 2018 W-2, 1099R, SSA 1099 data ?

You use 2018 W-2, 1099-R, and SSA-1099 information since you are filing your 2018 tax return.
