What banks and what ATMs are there any free ATMs . I messed up I always have my money go to my bank account. I applied for a cash advance said I had it and had to get Card...also how soon do you get your advance on card. This is more truoble than it's worth and fees to pay every time .NEVER AGAIN

This card is a load of crap! More walmart b.s! You cannot link this card to PayPal, cash app or anything other than green dot services 🙄 I cannot get it to work as debit or credit, so getting cash out seems to be my only option. Customer service is crap, saying that the merchant is declining, 3 different tries, all declined, different places. I will stick to chime next year, because their services are light years above this hassle. Keep your 'advance' next year TT because this is not worth it 👌🙎

update I have noticed that I'd you choose checking account withdrawal it does not work but if you choose credit card it works. if you go to any wallmart you are allowed 3 1000 transactions

If you have the paypal account associated with the cashplus account and have a routing and account number to enter then yes, it is treated like a bank account. You need to make sure your name is on the account though, if not, even if you put the account and routing number the funds will not be deposited and instead you will receive a paper check.

No, you are not able to withdraw the entire refund at once. There are daily limits as to what you can withdraw, when you receive your card it will let you know.
