What do i do if the social security number i entered is incorrect?

Wait until your return is rejected. Once your return has been rejected you will be able to fix the Social Security Number (SSN) by taking the steps below. 

1)    Sign into TurboTax Online

2)    Continue your return by click Taxes > Tax Timeline > Take me to my return (Fix Now if rejected)

3)    Go to Personal Info > Personal Info Summary > and click Edit to the right of your name (or the person who's SSN needs correcting)

4)    Once your information has been updated you will be able to re-file your tax return.
