In the future, file an extension. It will give you an additional time to get your tax documents. Use the TurboTax Easy Extension tool.

IF you have not already filed an extension.....You file late, and get them as soon as you can.

No penalties if you are owed a refund...but if you owe more taxes with your final forms...that's life....you just promise yourself to start 2 months earlier next year.

You can e-file until sometime in October when e-filing will all shut down.
