What kind of 1099 are you missing? There are over a dozen kinds. 109NEC for self-employment income? 1099 MISC? 1099R? 1099B? 1099DIV? etc etc. etc.
Whatever type of 1099 you are expecting, you have to contact FedEx to get it.
If you were a contractor for FedEx, such as a contract driver, you can report your self-employment income without a 1099. Report the amount that you received from your own records. If you do not have adequate records you will have to get the 1099-NEC from FedEx.
If you are a retired FedEx employee, you have to get the 1099-R from FedEx. You cannot figure out what to put on your tax return without the 1099-R.
If you received dividends on FedEx stock that you own, you should get the 1099-DIV from FedEx. You might have records of how much you received, but there might be other information on the 1099-DIV.
I have not received my 1099 form from the logistics contractor. Please advise. Thank you.

If you have not received a 1099 reporting your income, then you should contact the company that paid you to ask for another copy of the form.
If you cannot get it directly from the company, then you can try to get a Wage and Income transcript from the IRS to show what was reported to them from that company.
Or, you can still report the income on your Schedule C for your sole proprietor business using your own records showing what you were paid throughout the year.
To learn more about getting a transcript from the IRS, see the following website:
Transcript types for individuals and ways to order them
