The process is self-explanatory within Quick Employer Forms, but please be prepared with your business' name and address and federal and state taxpayer ID numbers, as well as the name, address, taxpayer ID number, amount of payment, and type of payment (rent, attorney fees, nonemployee compensation, interest, dividends, etc.) for every 1099 recipient.
