We basically live on social security and RMD of IRA's. Taxable SS has been about 60% of total benefits. Will there be changes to taxable SS in the 2018 tax rates?

There is no change for the 2017 tax year (returns filed in 2018).

The formula for the calculation of the percent of SS that is taxable does not change for the 2018 tax year (returns filed in 2019).
