Was this a Form 1099-INT?
When the amount paid to you is less than $10, many payers (e.g. small banks and credit unions) don't report your interest income on a Form 1099-INT,
You can still enter the amount you received in the Form 1099-INT interview. Unless the statement you received indicates some special form of interest income (e.g. U.S. Treasury, savings bond or tax-exempt), enter the amount in Box 1 of the interview.
