Waited Long enough

Frankly, we have some poor business practices happening. This is the third year in a row I have had some 'pending update' hold up my taxes done with TT. I think it is just time for change. They were the best (in my humble opinion) once upon a time, but the hassles are driving me away. Good luck to all who wait day after day for an update that should take roughly 5 seconds for a programmer to fix. It will get done....on their time.
