@Vbarrios The VA Aid & Attendance benefit that you receive is not taxable income for you, and you do not enter it as income on your own tax return. But the money you are paying to a caretaker for care is taxable income to them, so if the care is being provided in your own home, you may have a "household employee" to whom you need to issue a W-2.
UPDATE: If the care is being provided by a service that sends caregivers to homes, the caregiver's W-2 will be issued by the service that employs them and sends them out to you.
