How come I can’t DL 2023 1099?

Tax documents from past years are not available for import. Only tax documents for 2024 are available to import into 2024 software. If you are working on a 2023 return you will need to enter your information by keying it in by hand. (And....are you using 2023 software? The current online software is only for 2024---it cannot be used for 2023).
