It depends on the reason you received the 1099. That can determine where it needs to be reported and how.
If you received it as income that is being reported on a self-employed business using Schedule C, enter the income amount as 'cash' income without selecting a particular type of form.
If you received it for another reason, please provide some additional context and someone may be able to give you better advice about where to enter the income.
Or...tell us exactly who it came from, and what type of income it represents.
....like maybe you know it was interest income from the US Treasury for savings bonds.
