Turbotax has been unable to connect to uphold for a 1099-B form. Says "Try again in a few hours" but i've been trying for a week now. Any suggestions to fix the issue?

I suggest not waiting any more and, if they haven't already sent you a paper 1099-B form, go to their website and download the PDF version to your computer.  Then simply enter the information manually.  If you have many many entries, you should follow the directions on pages 3-4 of the Form 8949 Instructions to input the summary totals.  You will, though, have to print and mail the return(s) in order to attach your 1099-B or equivalent list of transactions.
