TurboTax alerted me that my employer held out too much social security and I needed to request a refund and get a W-2c. The amount is only 2 cents. Can I file as is?

Since it is only 2 cents I’d rather just file and not go through the hassle.

Go back and edit the W-2.  In box 4 for the amount of Social Security taxes withheld, subtract $0.02 cents from the amount shown and continue.  This should remove the issue with the employer withhold to much SS taxes.
