TurboTax 2024 Premier not complete for short RMD withdrawals

I took out almost all of my RMDs but due to a health issue, I missed the last withdrawal I had planned, which amounted for about 2% of the total required. I took it out as soon as I realized this while preparing my 2024 tax return. I understand that I can submit form 5329 and request a waiver of the penalty for reasonable cause, with an explanatory letter. I know that Turbotax will not be able to e-file my return with that attachment so I must mail it in. However, TurboTax refuses to complete my return. It tells me that because it notes that “RMD total not distributed” it’s not ready to deal with my situation. States: "We are hard at work on some updates related to your situation…Please check back here later."

Any idea when TT will have an update that will allow me to complete my return?
