Turbo Tax will not allow me to enter 1099-R income, how do I fix it?

turbo tax keeps telling me the forms to report 1099R income are not available, how do I fix this?

If you are using TT desktop (CD/download), please run a program update.

Delete the form, clear your cache and cookies and restart the program. Try again after everything has been cleared out.

Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

• Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
• In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
• In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
• Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
