Turbo Tax keeps telling me the value on my 1099-R form cant be 0 on line 9a , what can i do to fix it?

If there is a zero on box 9a, for your percentage of the distribution, take the zero out and leave it blank. Box 9a, percent of total distribution, is  used when a 1099-R distribution is split between more than one person. Unless that's your situation, there should be no entry there.

If you can't correct this by leaving the box blank, change the entry to 100, meaning that all of the distribution is yours.
